Rear View Monitor: a fancy name for the backup camera

Automatic Emergency Braking: when the system detects a risk of a forward collision with a vehicle or pedestrian ahead, this warning function will alert the driver and automatically engage the brakes to help avoid a collision

Rear Cross Traffic Alert: detects other vehicles approaching from either side when backing up and provides visual and audible warnings if a vehicle is detected

Intelligent Around View Monitor: uses cameras mounted in the grille, outside mirrors, and rear license plate to help see when parking, and provides visual and audible warnings if a moving object is detected by the system

Lane Departure Warning: the steering wheel will vibrate for up to 1.5 seconds, and a light illuminates to alert the driver that your vehicle has moved out of its lane

Safety Shield 360: uses cameras, radar and sonar to look in front, behind and beside the vehicle as it drives and includes these safety features: Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, High Beam Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Rear Automatic Braking

Driver Assistance:

Intelligent Cruise Control: automatically adjusts the vehicle’s speed according to the flow of traffic, helping the vehicle to maintain a consistent distance even when the speed of traffic varies

Intelligent Driver Alertness: determines driver drowsiness or reduced attention based on changes in the smoothness of steering input by the driver
